This isn’t the BW Breeze or anything HOA-related

— just a neighbor-run space for Beachwalk folks who want to stay connected.  A quiet little lane where we help each other out, pass things along before a garage sale, or track down something a neighbor might need. Simple, friendly, and just for us Beachwalk residents.
